Show attendees will include individuals proactively planning for their future, adult children of seniors, individuals looking for adjunct service offerings to help them age independently, enthusiasts of innovative home assistive technologies, and people looking to expand their leisure participation in travel, fitness, and clubs. The primary demographic is adults ages 50 and older.

Exhibit Space

There are several ways to participate as an exhibitor. Select from a range of booth sizes:

• Table booths: 8×5 estimated size (size depends on location)
• Standard booth: 10×10
• Sponsor booths: 20×10, 20×20
• Premiere sponsor booths: 20×20+

Each 10×10 space is equipped with a table, two chairs, and black pipe-and-drape side and back walls. The venue flooring is carpeted, but specialized flooring is acceptable upon approval by a Show representative. Wifi is included. Electricity is provided upon request in designated areas.

Request to be an Exhibitor

Apply to be an exhibitor to obtain exhibitor participation details. Upon acceptance into the show, exhibitors will be provided with a comprehensive Exhibitor Kit that outlines booth standards and requirements and asked to complete a Show contract.
